If you change your mind about your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You must return the item within 28 days and the cost of the postage will be covered by you. The item must be returned to us in the same condition as it was recieved and we will refund you into the same account that you paid us. You, and the postal service you use, are responsible for the item until it arrives here.
If you are returning an item because it is faulty, please notify us and send an image of the damage. Returns postage for damaged goods will be paid for by us.

We are unable to accept returns on items that were personalised or bespoke and on earrings.
If an item does not turn up because it has been stolen, please report this to the police and get in touch with us.
