Navy waterproof washbag

A striking navy washbag featuring vines, leaves and berries. This designed, called Cotterell Cottage, is based on a Victorian wallpaper that was uncovered in a friend's house. With the vines trailing over the wall it must have looked amazing! When the wallpaper was uncovered it had faded to black and white so the colours are my interpretation.

After drawing the design, it was digitally printed onto the waterproof fabric. The bag has intentionally been made to be able to fit long items, such as toothbrushes, combs and make-up brushes.

The bag measures approximately 27cm long, 12 size high and 7cm across the bottom- the flat bottom helps the bag stand up even when there isn't much in it. The fabric is lightweight and durable.

The lining of the washbag is also waterproof, although like all waterproof fabric if it gets saturated it may start to leak. But, it's great to have on the sink and not get a soggy bottom!

The bag has been handmade by me while the fabric is printed in the UK.
